Why do you want to be staff?:
I want to be a staff member for a few reasons. One, I've never tried on a Gmod server so I might as well. 2nd reason is i'm pretty competent, i feel like i would enjoy being a staff member. My final reason is I want to own a faction in this server and I plan on committing to it so I'll be around a LOT to take staff sits ETC.
What makes you a good staff member?:
ever since I first tried CGC I've played Gmod pretty much whenever I can, I feel like I've tried most servers but I've never taken a shot at becoming a staff member. I feel like I could bring a good perspective to a lot of situations and I'd rather teach people about the game instead of giving them a 2 week ban, obviously that won't always be the case but i'd like to see a little less bias in the community. I've met a lot of cool people from bad guy factions and good guy factions, I've explored both sides of the spectrum which can hopefully provide a fair opinion. Another reason id like to apply is because I play at stupid times when there is no other staff on.
