Please describe the incident. (As Detailed As Possible) Video shows after being kidnapped by PF in waster armor, Gigamage calls the PF member "Faggot" and trys to run inside after saying it after being told to enter the door and mocking him.

My personal opinion, this does not reflect any staff decision.

This seems like a textbook CGC player report in the sense of what's being reported. I personally am slightly disappointed to see a faction leader acting like this, I think somebody should sit down with Mage and discuss with him about his behavior and have him form some verbal behavior contract. I always believe in second chances and want to see a fair ending to this where the punishment is just. I see this as the minimum punishment

holy moly, all jokes aside it just looks like you and mage are beefing, while there is genuine rule breaking it just feels like oh he did this ban him or oh he did that ban him instead. i agree with clandestine on this.
