Why do you want to be staff?(100 Words): There are several reasons behind why I want to join the staff team, for one I think I would make a great addition to the team. I would also like to contribute to the staff team by helping lower ticket times and promote activity on the staff team and server as a whole. I also want to join the staff team, because I’ve been in scenarios where other staff members have motivated me into joining and I have a great interest in helping out the community as more than just a player. I also want to help new players find where they have to go branch-wise and help teach them the rules of the server so that this community stays fair and fun. I am hoping to become the Trainer Lead because I think it is very important that new players are welcomed into and taught about the server. New players are very important to keep a server up and running.
What makes you a good staff member?(100 Words):There are multiple reasons why I am a good staff member. Firstly, I am very calm in tense situations. I am a very good listener which is a very important attribute to have. I am also very fair and honest, and I will treat all players equally. I am also completely unbiased no matter the situation, whether it is a close friend or another player. I will never abuse or show off my power that I would have as a staff member, and I will always follow the rules of the server. I am and have always been a great leader by using the traits I have previously mentioned. I also am very trustworthy, which is why people will listen to me and respect me. I am very kind to all people and will help anyone who asks for it. I am very good at communicating with other people. I am also very flexible, meaning that if something has to get done, whether it is my job or not, I will do my best to help with it.
