Artivus Staff Report

+1 Even if he has an excuse for the armor and weapons it was admitted that other things were spawned in as well as other items.. seems disingenious and has been targetting other players in the community with constant tps for minor things and threatening to ban them.

+1 level 50 waster with plasma gauss, t60, pa training, stealthboy. Bloke farmed around 500k+ cap as a level 50? Seems like the behavior of a divide staff spawning in their gear. Disappointed for a higher member of staff to do this.

Ontop of this he takes his own sits? Isnt he head admin? Doesnt he know thats the most biased thing as a staff? The footage of him also noclip abusing to negate fall dmg as PA is funny too.

He also went around noclipping and uncloaking to "scare" people or something. Straight up abuse. He was even caught cloaking and uncloak spamming lmao.

The staff guy also been confirmed to spawning himself nuka victory + doctor bags, so it is even more sus that he has this.

Will need a very good excuse to defend himself on this one. Did vg randomly give a waster t60, stealthboy, and plasma gauss for free because they like him oocly? Sounds like failrp.

honestly marski should have just been given a verbal warning or a full on warning. i dont think a ban is necessary.

Okay, I will add a few things on my side for this explaining a few of the screenshots and claims in this.

First clip was the noclip to "negate" fall damage. He is in PA and would have otherwise avoided the damage regardless of noclipping. This was also during a mini event he was doing for a character within the Shi. He was noclipping behind a character he was "stalking" apart of his event. I do see how he shouldn't have noclipped on the rocks cause I mean there really wasn't a point to, but there is no harm in it from what I see and didn't provide him any type of advantage.

Second clip was his inventory. All of what was in his inventory was purchased from either VG (Plasma gauss, SB, and T-60) The Nuka Cola along side the doctors bags were spawned in as he said himself and were being handed out to both new and veteran players. The bags, and the cola would have both been given to anyone if asked for you can even see one of the players who received some in general right now. VG will confirm selling any of this to him

The admitting to spawning stuff in, he would have told anyone. He straight up told me he spawned in the bags and vics and they honestly cause no harm especially since anyone could have received it due to him handing it out to anyone. The screenshot of me saying he did was taken out of context as i was confirming the doctors bags and victories being spawned, NOT the high end armor or weaponry/utility.

The mugging was whatever and he really didn't care and allowed you to until you called him a retard, then proceeded to gloat about it in ooc. This was straight up toxicity especially immediately after where you went into the main discord and doubled down to call him it again.

During the final clip, instead of explaining in a nicer way you proceeded to instead speak in a toxic manor, all he did was ask and you proceeded to remain toxic. He was in no way getting you in trouble and all he really did was ask why you still continued to do it, and the response was negative.

binocs are two items, one a weapon and one accessory. He spawned it in in order to see the difference and if he kept it equipped or had the weapon, it would have shown in your mugging clip.

I have not more to say on the matter but this should clear up a lot of this. All I have left to say, is please keep this post non toxic and make it a detailed discussion that does not flame other users but instead sheds light on either side of the report.

This is some complete bogus and the shit Artivus is doing shouldn't be unnoted, especially spawning in gear. The ban was completely off the staff handbook and he should be punished for that and the spawning of gear, staff char or not.

Yeah im not believing the "he grinded for it" story when this is the same VG that sells a plasma caster for 700k. How did he get that much money without hitting even level 51?

Bought vg gear as level 50? How did he get over 500k caps? If u loot that much frames and bps and melee u must be atleast level 51 lmao

+1 This is concrete proof that corruption stems all the way to the top. Even the Head Admin should not be above staff guidelines. The simple fact that this report is being submitted in the first place is due to Artivus's complete lack of accountability. Why is Marski getting banned for 3 days for rage babble by the same guy who doesn't follow the same rules he upholds and polices others with?
